Role

At Easy Sell Florida, we’re on a mission to become the most trusted homebuyer in the nation. We buy homes as-is and bring life back to neighborhoods through world-class renovations and ethical deal-making.

We stand against high-pressure sales, confusing offers, and hidden fees. Everything we do is built on grit, growth, and heart — and we’re building a team that embodies those values.

We’re looking for a high-performance Acquisitions Manager who wants to control their income, own their results, and help homeowners find the best solution — whether that’s a fast cash offer or a creative alternative. If you’re the kind of person who lives for competition and thrives in a results-driven environment, this is for you.

The Acquisitions Manager is the lifeblood of the business responsible for negotiating and securing profitable contracts by building trust with sellers, uncovering their motivation, and presenting win-win offers — in person or over the phone.

This is a sales role. Your ability to listen, problem-solve, and close confidently will directly determine your income and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Attend 5–7 seller appointments weekly (mostly in person across Central Florida)
  • Build instant rapport and uncover seller pain points, timeline, and price flexibility.
  • Present verbal offers same day, follow up, and get contracts signed.
  • Accurately update CRM notes, seller details, and next steps.
  • Drive deals forward with timely follow-up on active, warm, and hot leads.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Manager and Transaction Coordinator to ensure smooth closings.
  • Participate in daily roleplays, call reviews, and sales training to continually improve your close rate.

Results

  • Consistently close at least 25% of all qualified appointments attended, maintaining high integrity and win-win deals.
  • Generate $75k–$150K+ in closed profit per month by solving seller problems and structuring great offers.
  • Present verbal offers during 100% of seller appointments, creating clarity and urgency through honest communication.
  • Proactively follow up on every warm or hot lead, ensuring no opportunity is lost due to inaction or delay.
  • Keep CRM fully updated within 24 hours after appointments to ensure operational accuracy and team alignment.
  • Participate in roleplays and training with clear progress shown in objection handling, confidence, and conversion rate.
  • Receive regular praise or positive feedback from sellers about professionalism, empathy, or helpfulness.
  • Take full ownership of deals from start to finish, ensuring smooth handoffs to the TC and Dispositions team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales (door-to-door, B2C, or real estate a plus).
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Competitive and coachable — you take feedback seriously and improve fast.
  • High ownership: you treat every deal like it’s your own business.
  • Organized and detail-oriented — you don’t let leads fall through the cracks.
  • Real estate or acquisitions experience is a strong plus but not required.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling to seller homes.

Location

  • Based in Orlando/Central Florida
  • Some in-person travel required for seller appointments
  • Hybrid office or work from home environment

Compensation

  • $117,000 – $250,000 year + benefits
  • The OTE range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final earnings will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is inclusive of base salary and commissions (more details below).

Culture & Core Values

We don’t just want great performers — we want people who are proud of how they win. Our three core values guide everything we do:

  • GritBe at your best when your best is needed. Enjoyment of a hard challenge. Those who have the drive to constantly improve, the superior intellect and long term commitment to see incremental improvements become compounding returns.
  • Growth We learn, adapt, and grow faster than our problems. Have the self awareness to accurately perceive and communicate hard truths that improve others and self, the courage to do so, and the humility to accept them, even when it hurts. Nothing great can be built without feedback: internally or externally.
  • HeartWe lead with empathy. We act with integrity. We treat sellers like people, not paychecks. Be the type of person with whom people are always proud to associate, personally and professionally. We look for true alignment of thoughts, words, and actions towards a goal worth pursuing.
