We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Lead Manager to own the front end of our sales process. You’ll be the first voice our sellers hear, responsible for answering inbound calls, qualifying leads, and following up with potential clients to keep our sales pipeline full and flowing.

This is not a cold calling role. You’ll be working warm leads coming from our paid and organic marketing. Your job is to build trust fast, identify opportunities, and book high-quality appointments for our acquisitions team.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all new inbound leads within 60 seconds (calls, forms, and texts).
  • Answer incoming calls live with empathy, curiosity, and confidence.
  • Qualify leads based on their timeline, motivation, and property condition.
  • Nurture old leads and ensure every qualified opportunity is followed up with until they sell.
  • Book appointments for the acquisitions team and ensure a clean CRM handoff.
  • Keep CRM organized with detailed notes, tags, and next steps.
  • Track and report weekly lead trends, conversion rates, and call outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions team and marketing to improve lead quality.
  • Deliver a short written EOD report and attend all sales meetings

Results

  • Respond to 100% of inbound leads within 60 seconds.
  • Achieve a 25%+ Lead-to-Appointment conversion rate across the pipeline.
  • Maintain 100% CRM Accuracy — no untagged, unnoted, or lost leads.
  • Drive $25,000+/week in projected profit through appointments you set.

Requirements

  • Emotionally intelligent and naturally curious — you ask great questions and listen closely.
  • Fast typer and tech-savvy with CRMs, call software, and texting platforms.
  • Organized and detail-oriented — you hate messy databases and dropped balls.
  • Able to follow proven systems and scripts while making conversations your own.
  • Gritty, coachable, and driven by results.
  • Real estate experience is a plus but not required. We’ll train you.

Location

  • Based in Orlando/Central Florida
  • Some in-person travel required for seller appointments
  • Hybrid office or work from home environment

Compensation

  • $60,000 – $100,000/year + benefits
  • The OTE range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final earnings will be based on a number of factors including experience, performance, and contribution to revenue. This range is inclusive of base salary and performance pay (more details below).
